Universal Saṅkīrtana: The Vision of Global Brotherhood

বিশ্ব হরিনাম সংকীর্তন

Bhaktivinoda Ṭhākura prophesied that the chanting of the Holy Name would spread across all continents, uniting humanity in spiritual fraternity.

The Essential Teaching

True global unity cannot be achieved through political treaties or economic globalization; it occurs when human hearts unite in chanting the names of the one Supreme Father. Caitanya Mahāprabhu's message is universal, belonging to no single culture, nation, or race.

Understanding the Teaching

In his English monograph Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu: His Life and Precepts (1896), Bhaktivinoda inaugurated the historical bridge to the Western world. Śrīla Prabhupāda subsequently carried this message to the West in 1965, fulfilling the Ṭhākura's divine vision before the world's eyes.

Practical Reflection for Daily Life

Celebrate the diversity of devotees from every continent, language, and culture who are united under the banner of the Holy Name.

Application: Cultivate an open, global heart that sees all living entities as brothers and sisters in God's universal family.
